Airplane Crash - Elk River
On October 3, 2018 at approximately 12:15 p.m. an aircraft accident was reported at the Elk River airstrip in Elk River, Idaho. Norris Brown, 73, of Veradale, Washington, was landing his private plane on the airstrip when the plane's nose gear collapsed, causing the nose of the plane to strike the ground. The aircraft sustained moderate damage. The pilot was uninjured, and no passengers were aboard.
